At Versuni, Philips NutriU and Philips Coffee+ existed as two separate apps, each built around different kitchen appliances. The challenge was to combine them into a single, newly branded experience: HomeID.
As UX Lead, I set the initial design direction with a rapid concept that aligned stakeholders early. We then moved through ideation, user testing, and iterations. When a full rebranding landed mid-project, we adapted quickly.
Through a mix of pragmatism and clear vision, the team delivered a successful launch with strong app store ratings.

Behind the scenes, the project moved fast. We aligned early with a quick concept, explored directions through ideation and testing, and adapted to a full rebranding introduced midway. The result was a clear MVP shaped through tight collaboration and rapid iteration.
Users LOVED the result
The best measure of success? Real users. The app launched to glowing reviews, with high ratings proving that the combination of smart design and real user needs paid off.
